ONE SHOT CONTAINER LOADING

Game-changing container loading technology to improve logistics efficiency.

The Australian pet food industry has long sought a solution to enhance traffic and logistics flow around loading docks.

One Shot Loading introduces an innovative approach to container loading, improving efficiency while minimising congestion and safety risks.

Goods are pre-loaded onto a loading system. This can be done in a variety of ways, such as conveyors, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) or Forklift Trucks (FLTs).

Once the load has been prepared on the loading system, the process of one-shot loading can take less than 5 minutes depending on which system is being used, saving over 80% in labour and handling.

Instead of a team of lift truck operators, one operator can run several LoadMatic units.
